Barcelona: Aleix Garcia, a talented midfielder, was a hot topic in 2023. The club showed interest in him while he played for Girona. He impressed many with his skills in La Liga. However, he decided to join Bayer Leverkusen, the top team in Germany, during the summer transfer window.
Garcia has expressed a desire to return to La Liga in the future. He mentioned this in an interview, saying he would be open to coming back to Spain after his time at Leverkusen. He feels a strong connection to the league and the region of Catalonia.
In his own words, Garcia said it’s hard to predict the future in football. He is currently enjoying his time in Germany and has a five-year contract with Leverkusen. He wants to focus on his current experience and see what happens later.
