Manchester United is eyeing three players linked to PSG, potentially spending £249.3 million on them.
Recently, reports have surfaced that PSG, Manchester City, and Manchester United are all interested in 17-year-old Geovany Quenda from Sporting Lisbon. This young player has been making waves, and clubs are eager to secure his services.
Additionally, PSG is reportedly keeping a close watch on Viktor Gyökeres. They are planning to make a move for him in the summer of 2025. PSG’s sporting advisor, Luís Campos, has already contacted Gyökeres’ representatives to discuss potential interest.
In August, it was reported that PSG had offered Tomás Araújo a contract worth €5 million per year. However, this deal depended on PSG selling a center-back first. Unfortunately, that sale did not happen, leaving Araújo’s future uncertain.
All three players are now on Manchester United’s radar. According to Sky Sports, Gyökeres, Quenda, and Araújo are the top targets for Amorim from the Primeira Liga.
Sky Sports News reported that Amorim is focused on developing the current squad. Since joining from Sporting, there have been rumors about his former players. However, he has not requested any signings for January, including Gyökeres, Quenda, and Araújo.
If all three players were to leave their clubs for their full exit clauses, Manchester United could end up spending as much as £249.3 million. This amount translates to around €300 million or $317.3 million, highlighting the club’s ambitious plans for the future.
