Man Utd and Man City Compete for PSG Target Morten Hjulmand

Lisbon: This summer, Paris Saint-Germain showed interest in Morten Hjulmand, a midfielder from Sporting Lisbon. However, Sporting Lisbon was not willing to sell him unless a hefty release clause of €80 million was met.

Hjulmand, who is 24 years old, had a strong season last year. He played 49 matches in total, scoring four goals and assisting four others. His performance was vital in helping Sporting Lisbon win the league title, which caught the eye of many top clubs in Europe.
