Man City looks for new players to replace Rodri this January

Wharton has been impressive at Palace and has caught the attention of many top clubs in England. He has also played for the England national team under former coach Gareth Southgate. On the other hand, Zubimendi almost joined Liverpool in the summer but decided to stay with his childhood club.

With Real Sociedad not performing well this season, the interest from Manchester City could be a great opportunity for Zubimendi. Playing under Guardiola, one of the best managers in football, would be a significant step in his career.

Additionally, Manchester City is also looking at Viktor Gyokeres, a striker from Sporting, showing they are ready to invest in new talent. The team has struggled without Rodri since his injury against Arsenal earlier this season.
