Jadon Sancho is enjoying his time at Chelsea and making a strong impact.
Chelsea is doing well and looks likely to finish in the top half of the league. If they keep playing like this, they might even qualify for the Champions League. Sancho, who recently got over an illness and a small injury, seems happy with his choice to join Chelsea.
He is enjoying his time at Stamford Bridge and is getting back to the form that made him a star at Borussia Dortmund before moving to Manchester United. Under coach Enzo Maresca, Sancho has played eight times this season and has made five assists.
Two of those assists came during Chelsea’s 2-0 victory over 1. FC Heidenheim in the Conference League. He helped his teammates Christopher Nkunku and Mykhailo Mudryk score, keeping Chelsea’s perfect record in the League Phase and ensuring they finish in the top 24.
Maresca is pleased to have Sancho back in the team after a short absence. He has shared his expectations for Sancho, who is seen as a key player this season. Maresca emphasized how important Sancho’s positive performance is for the team.
He stated that Sancho is crucial for Chelsea and needs to be fit both mentally and physically to help the team succeed. Maresca noted that Sancho’s skills are especially needed against teams that play defensively. He believes Sancho will contribute significantly to the team’s success.
Chelsea’s next match is against Aston Villa this Sunday. Sancho will be looking to continue his good form and help the team secure a win.
