Guardiola remains optimistic and is eager to fight for his team’s success this season and in the future. He spoke to the media on Friday, expressing his desire to rebuild the team.

Guardiola stated, “I want to stay! I want to do it! But if I feel I’m not helping the club, then another manager can take over.” He emphasized that he wants the chance to improve the team and is committed to being part of the solution.

He added, “I asked for this challenge because I know what we need to do. I understand that we are not as consistent as we used to be.” Guardiola pointed out that it is rare for any team in sports to maintain high performance over a long period.

He noted, “Which team in the world is consistent for ten years? You won’t find one. It’s not just in football; it’s the same in basketball, tennis, and even golf.”
