Denzel Dumfries expresses his happiness after signing a contract extension with Inter Milan, committing to the club until June 2028, ahead of a crucial match against Fiorentina.
Dumfries spoke to Sky Sport Italia before the Serie A match against Fiorentina. He mentioned that he feels at home at Inter and is pleased with the new deal. Previously, his contract was set to expire at the end of next June, allowing him to leave for free.

“I’m very happy,” Dumfries said about his new agreement. He emphasized that Inter is a great club and that he feels comfortable there.
As for the upcoming match against Fiorentina, Dumfries shared his thoughts on its importance for the Serie A title race. He acknowledged that it is still early in the season but noted that Fiorentina is performing well.
Dumfries expressed hope for a good match and stressed the need for a win. He mentioned that the team has been focusing on tactics during their training sessions this week.
“We had good training sessions. We’re ready for it,” he added, showing confidence in his team’s preparation for the game.
