Benoît Badiashile, a Chelsea player, is attracting attention from Marseille and other clubs, but he wishes to stay with Chelsea despite the interest.
London: Benoît Badiashile, a 23-year-old player, has had a tough time making his mark at Chelsea since moving from AS Monaco in January 2023. Recently, he has started in the last two matches for Chelsea in the Premier League, which has caught the eye of other teams.
With the arrival of new manager Enzo Marsesca, Badiashile seems to be finding his footing. Although he has only played two games in the Premier League this season, he has made a total of 10 appearances across all competitions. He has expressed a desire to stay at Chelsea, but other clubs are showing interest.
Reports from Monaco Matin indicate that Olympique de Marseille is interested in Badiashile. They had previously looked at his teammate Wesley Fofana during the summer. Additionally, Juventus is also considering him as they search for a center-back this winter.
Other clubs from the Bundesliga and Serie A are also reportedly interested in Badiashile, according to Foot Mercato. Despite the attention from various teams, it seems likely that he will continue with Chelsea when the January transfer window opens.
