Barcelona players upset after losing 1-2 to Las Palmas

Barcelona: FC Barcelona lost 1-2 at home to Las Palmas today, marking their third straight defeat in La Liga. The visitors scored through Sandro Ramirez and Fabio Silva, while Raphinha managed to score the only goal for Barcelona. Despite having many chances, Barcelona could not convert them into goals and now only leads Real Madrid by four points, with Madrid having two games in hand.

Raphinha expressed his anger after the match, acknowledging the team’s poor performance. He stated, “We were bad in the match. We have to look at what we are doing wrong to try to improve and win games.” He emphasized the need for the team to work harder and get back to winning ways in La Liga.

When asked about the issues affecting the team, Raphinha simply said, “A lot of things.” He confirmed his frustration, saying, “Yes, very much.” Although he scored a goal, he stressed that winning is what truly matters, adding, “I don’t care about the goal, I care about the win.”

Ferran Torres, who returned from injury, shared similar feelings after the game. He expressed disappointment and frustration, saying, “We haven’t been effective and we haven’t played well, that’s the reality.” He reminded everyone that the team knows their potential and must focus on the next match.

Ferran noted that the team had a strong start but faced some bad games. He believes this is just a temporary setback and said, “It’s time to reset and clear our heads.” He also mentioned how Las Palmas’ second goal affected the team’s momentum, stating, “In the second half, with the equaliser, we were getting on top, but their second goal just killed us.”
